SLYMETOPIA RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 At Slymetopia, we take great care in crafting high-quality, sensory-rich slimes and handmade items. Due to the nature of our products, we only except returns under the following conditions:

* The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. 

* Returns are only accepted with prior written approval.

* The customer must request a return within 14 days of delivering

❗️ Important 

* Do not return items without receiving a Return Authorization Email from are team.

* Any product that has been opened, used, tampered with, or returned without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

📦 How to Return Your Order:

1. Please email us at Slymetopia.godaddysites.com@gmail.com with the following :

             * Order number 

             * Reason for return 

             * Photo of thee unopened item

          Once approved, you will receive:

            * A Return Authorization Email 

            * Instructions for how to send your product back 

             Return Processing Time 

            Once your return is received and approved, please allow: 

            * 3-5 business days for inspection and verification 

             * 5-7 business days for refund processing back to your original payment method (varies by provider) 

Notes: We will notify you via email once your return has been received and reviewed. If approved, your refund will be issued promptly. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service ( e.g. PayPal, Venmo, etc.).
